Each treatment takes place within an allocated timeslot between 30 and 90 minutes, and we want to make sure you spend every moment of it on our massage table. To make the most of your treatment, please try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment slot. Please allow an additional 15 minutes on top your treatment time as this will give us time to discuss any problematic areas or knots you want targeted and to let you get undressed and dressed at your own pace.
We use 100% natural waxes and oils from Songbird Naturals.
Our aromatherapy blends are vegan, courtesy of Freya Natural Therapy and Amphora Aromatics.
Please note that some of these products contain almond oil. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let your massage therapist know during the initial booking or pre-treatment consultation.
